• Redesigned Indeed’s intake of education qualifications, resulting in 17% - 171% increase in collection of non-college education attributes.
• Developed prompts to encourage employers to reconsider education requirements, resulting in 62% of employers who were shown the prompt removing bachelors degree requirements.
• Improved candidate representation by advancing Indeed’s ability to effectively contextualize skills via agentic experiences.
• Contributed to the digital accessibility of Indeed by conducting a company-wide listening tour and developing recommendations based on employee feedback.

• Lead the redesign of Aon’s flagship HR benefits platform, resulting in our biggest client adding 32 new markets to their contract.
• Contributed on an ongoing basis to the Aon design system, with a focus on accessibility.
• Redesigned the Pay Equity application to make it easier for companies to analyze salary data, identify pay disparities, and model solutions.

• Lead the visual and UI design of Drupal websites for education institutions, including the University of Chicago and Union College.
• Built in-browser living style guides to document atomic components and UI patterns.
• Developed processes to improve Section 508 compliance, educated clients and colleagues about accessibility, and contributed to the development of WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
